Project Description
This project involved the phased refurbishment of the entire “Dry” side of the Centre to include new lighting, power, Data comms, fire alarm, PA / AV systems etc. We also carried out refurbishments of the office areas on the “Wet” side of the centre. Works areas included : Sports halls, gymnasiums, changing areas, restaurant, office areas, dance studio’s and plant rooms. Each phase of works was carefully planned with the main contractor and client to ensure minimal disruption to the live operation of the centre. Due to the sensitive nature of the project, the main contractor was very meticulous with their selection process prior to appointing services contractor’s, and it was our proven ability to deliver such projects which convinced Morrison’s to appoint us to the project in August 2014. With detailed planning of works and procurement of materials, our experienced site team delivered each phase of the project on time to a very high standard. We received formal recognition of our efforts from the main contractor and client and continue to enjoy a healthy working relationship with both on various other projects in the area.
