all specialist disciplines. Because of the 1st floor office & workshops remained operational during the
project, special care was taken to avoid disruption to the day to day running of the business. Extensive
planning and coordination were required.

Project Description
This Design and Build project involved the construction of a new state-of-the-art Audi car dealership on
the Narborough Road south in Leicester. offering the full dealership experience, this centre consists of
three separate buildings including a two storey car showroom, a two storey workshop and a valet
building with a rooftop carpark.
