Project Description

This design and build project involved the construction of a new state-of-the-art Audi car dealership on the Narborough Road south in Leicester. Offering the full dealership experience, this centre consists of three separate buildings including a two storey car showroom, a two storey workshop and a valet building with a rooftop car park. The ground floor car showroom has a sloping resin floor and a capacity for 18 vehicles. It also includes two handover bays, offices and public areas. The first floor consists of more offices as well as a board and meeting rooms, changing facilities and a canteen. A further two storey building is home to an impressive after sales facility. The ground floor consists of a 24 bay workshop with two MOT bays and a service reception that includes a parts department including a customer area. The first floor of the workshop consists of a large archive zone and a mechanical and electrical area. On the roof of this building is an access ramp to 60 car parking bays. Between these two buildings there is a three lane drive through with impressive rapid rise doors The valet building consists of three wash bays and five cleaning stations with a drip dry grillage below. There is also a further smart repair section which contains a spray booth and chips and dents repair area. On the roof of this building is a 34 bay car park which is interlinked with the workshop roof by a bridge.Further external works include an outdoor car sales display area that holds up to 60 vehicles and a car park offering 225 spaces
